ClientAyda Terms and Refunds

The service

ClientAyda, run by ClientAyda Technologies Ltd, is an assistant inside WhatsApp that keeps track of a business's clients, bookings and follow-ups. Keeping your client registry is free.

Flyers

Ayda can design flyers for your WhatsApp Status from a photo of your own work. Each flyer uses one design. You can get designs in these ways:

• Welcome: one free design when you finish setting up, once per WhatsApp number.
• Each week: one free design for each week you use Ayda on 4 of 7 days (logging bookings or reminders, marking work done, or answering Ayda's questions).
• Invite a business: two free designs for each business owner who joins through your link and then uses Ayda on 3 different days within 14 days.
• Buy them:

Payments are taken by Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD). Free designs expire 30 days after they're given; designs you buy or earn by inviting a business never expire. Designs have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change the free offers; designs you already have keep their terms.

Send only photos of your own work and logos you have the right to use. Check every flyer before you post it: you're responsible for what it says about your business.

Refunds

• If a design fails or a flyer doesn't arrive, the design is given back automatically.
• If you paid and your designs didn't arrive, email us and we'll add them or refund you in full.
• Designs you bought and haven't used can be refunded within 7 days of payment, on request.
• Designs already used to make a flyer aren't refundable.

Refunds go back through Paystack to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Fair use

Free designs are for real use of Ayda. Activity or invitations that look made up don't earn designs, and we may hold free designs back while we check.
